Everything on this site is general information about commercial insurance for Colorado contractors. Digg Excavation Insurance is a licensed Colorado insurance agency. Policies are issued by insurance carriers, which make all underwriting and claims decisions. Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the policy issued. Nothing here binds coverage, quotes a premium, or changes the terms of any policy. Coverage descriptions say what a policy typically does under most standard forms; the policy issued to you controls.

Pages that discuss statutes, contract clauses, indemnity language, or licensing are our read as contractors and licensed agents. They are not legal advice. For your contract, talk to a Colorado construction attorney. We cite the statute where we can so you can read it yourself.
